Return any of our products–no questions asked–within 30 days of purchase. We even pay return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. Our goods usually ship from stock in Sheffield in the UK and there is nothing to stop us for shipping our products overseas.

How much does my shipping cost?
All other costs are calculated automatically by the carrier and displayed on your quotation before checkout.

When will my order ship?Shipping time is the time it takes between placing an order from us and the time that product leaves our warehouse. This time can be affected by stock availability. In-stock items ship the same or next business day and back order items ship when manufactured.
To determine when your order will arrive consider this formula:
Shipping Time + Production Time(custom product) = Total Delivery Time
Shipping Time + Packaging (stock product) = Total Delivery Time

Do I have to pay VAT?
Precision tech plus charges VAT (value-added tax ) only for orders shipped in United Kingdom and Eu country . On UK shipments a 20.0% VAT will be added automatically to your order.

My order never arrived?
If your Precision Tech Plus order never arrived then it may be due to a shipping carrier error. Please use our Postal Tracking Tools to keep yourself updated about the shipment information. If your product was ordered with UPS or TNT then try Tracking your order before you contact us as it may still be in route. After tracking if you still have concerns about your shipment then contact our Order Department at firstname.lastname@example.org
